French-inspired Farm-to-Table Dinner
Join us for a French-inspired farm-to-table dinner at 6:30 PM on Saturday, November 18th. Our guest chef is Nick Murray who's bio is below. We are excited that Chef Nick has agreed to prepare the following fabulous five course meal for your dining pleasure.
Appetizer: Gougeres Stuffed with Johnson County Sweet Potatoes
Soup Course: Bogue Sound Shrimp Bisque
Salad Course: Pear, Orange and Red Onion Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette
Choice of Entree:
Chicken in a Port and Walnut Sauce or
Roquefort Stuffed Smothered Chatham County Pork Chop
Entrees served with Spinach with Pine Nuts and Cauliflower Parsnip Puree
Dessert: Fresh Mountain Apple Tartlettes
Cost $45.00/person (does not include tax or gratuity). Wine available.

Chef Nick's Bio
I have been cooking for 40 plus years. Started flipping burgers at 12. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Worked in restaurants and healthcare in NY and also NC. Worked at an upscale retirement community in Chapel Hill for 20 plus years. Recently ran a restaurant in Siler City, also a catering company and established a food truck.
